Last updated: October 19, 2026. This policy covers channels-master analytics, a private tool operated by Ran Ventures for its own YouTube channels (home).
Only its operator, Ran Ventures, signs in. It does not collect data from any other person, and it is not offered to the public.
With Ran Ventures' consent it accesses, for Ran Ventures' own YouTube channels only: channel and video details, analytics reports (views, watch time, subscribers, audience retention), and the ability to upload videos. It also holds the sign-in tokens Google issues for these permissions.
The data is used only to run Ran Ventures' channels: recording performance in Ran Ventures' own notes and reports, and uploading Ran Ventures' own approved videos as private. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to Ran Ventures' channels.
Sign-in tokens and reports are stored on a private server controlled by Ran Ventures, in files readable only by the tool's own service account. Tokens are never published, logged, or sent anywhere except to Google to refresh access.
The data is not sold, shared with, or transferred to any third party. It is not used to train AI models. Analytics figures may appear in Ran Ventures' own private working documents.
The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Tokens are kept until Ran Ventures revokes access at myaccount.google.com/permissions or deletes them from the server. Reports are kept as part of Ran Ventures' records and can be deleted on request to Ran Ventures.
